The super.silvex.pt website is owned by Silvex - Indústria de Plásticos e Papéis, S.A., a Portuguese anonymous company headquartered at Quinta da Brasileira Lote 10, 2130-999 Benavente, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Benavente under the number 500249725, which is also the identification number of legal entity, with the share capital of 950.000,00€, hereinafter referred to as "Silvex".
2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The navigation on the site, as well as the purchase of any product at super.silvex.pt implies the acceptance of these general conditions of use and contracting.
The conditions set out here are agreed between Silvex and the people who use the super.silvex.pt website, hereinafter referred to as "the User". The use of the website attributes the condition of User, by which the User adheres fully and without reserves to each and every one of the general conditions published on this website at the exact moment they access the website. The User should read these general conditions carefully.
Silvex reserves the right to modify these conditions of use and contracting without notice, as well as to modify the information and commercial offer presented on products, prices, photographs, promotions, commercial conditions and services at any time. Any modification made will enter into force on the date of its publication.
3. OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMERS AND USERS
Any visitor to the super.silvex.pt website undertakes to respect and comply with these general conditions, in particular by observing the following obligations:

4. MAKING AN ONLINE ORDER
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Silvex and the User, with respect to acquisitions of products made through this website.
The customer can browse the website but they must fulfill the necessary requirements to enter into legally binding contracts, according to the Portuguese and European law, to be able to access the sales service. They must have a valid email address, an address for delivery of the order and a bank account to allow the fulfillment of the purchase, through the payment of the order.
The User must fill in all necessary data and accept the terms and conditions to make an order.
The User may change all the data associated with their request at any time, until the order is finalized.
Silvex reserves the right to accept an order. The decision is made at the discretion of Silvex. If the order is not executed, we will inform as soon as possible. The confirmation of the reception of the order does not constitute a purchase contract, serving only as proof that the order was received by Silvex.
4.2 DELIVERY AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
Your products will be dispatched up to 24 hours (on business days) after the payment is finalized, and delivery should occur within the following three working days.
You can make your payment on the website super.silvex.pt through the Multibanco system, for which purpose you will receive an e-mail on your e-mail address with the information of the Entity, Reference and Value of the transaction. Alternatively, you can use a credit card or PayPal account.
4.3 PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
Except in case of obvious error, the price of the products shall be as indicated on our website at each moment. Even if Silvex seeks to ensure that all prices indicated on the website are correct, errors may occur. If Silvex finds that the price of a product included in an order is wrong, we will inform the User as soon as possible, giving them the choice between confirming the order again at the correct price or opting for the respective cancellation.
Prices may be presented with or without VAT, according to the option selected by the User.
All amounts for payment that are shown in the shopping cart include VAT at the rate in force in the country of origin (Portugal), for Portugal and the European Union.
For purchases over € 25.00 and deliveries in mainland Portugal, there will be no shipping costs. For values below that price, the cost of transport will be € 5.00 and will be presented in the final stages of the purchase process, in the checkout summary.
In the case of deliveries to the Portuguese Islands (Madeira and Azores archipelagos), the transportation cost will be € 50,00 and will be presented in the final stages of the purchase process, in the checkout summary.
For other Countries, prices do not include additional taxes, duties or fees regulated by any other applicable legislation. If necessary, the User shall, therefore, count on paying customs fees on imports, taxes and fees that may be applicable in the country of importation.
For purchases and deliveries to other countries, the transportation cost will be determined according to the following table:

The value of the cost corresponding to each market will be presented in the final stages of the purchase process, in the checkout summary.
Eventually, there might be additional charges on the transport, delivery and postal services. In this case, the reason and the calculation formula shall be informed in the final stages of the purchase process.

Silvex will make every possible effort so that the information presented does not contain any typing errors, which shall be corrected promptly whenever they do occur.
Silvex will make every possible effort to ship all of the products that were ordered, but it is possible that, in certain cases and due to causes not easily controllable by Silvex, such as human error or incidents in computer systems, some of the products ordered by the User might not be made available.
If any product is not available after you have placed the order, you will be warned, by e-mail or over the phone. At this point, you will be presented with the possibility of cancelling the order with the respective refund, if you have already fulfilled the respective payment.
All information on prices, products, specifications, promotional actions and services may be altered at any time by Silvex, without prior notice.
4.5 Green Dot
All products made available by Silvex have a "green dot" symbol in accordance with the legislation in force. The User shall assume responsibility for disposing of the product’s packaging in accordance with the applicable legislation.
5. QUALITY ASSURANCE. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Silvex guarantees the customers’ total satisfaction with the purchase of the acquired products on super.silvex.pt.
If the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they should go to the link sent in the email with the dispatch information to request the return of the item(s) or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after receipt of the goods, invoking the right of withdrawal, without the need to indicate any reason, and may return and receive a refund of the value of the products.
The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal shall expire within 14 days of receipt and acquisition of physical possession of the ordered goods.
To ensure that the deadline for withdrawal is respected, it is sufficient that the communication referring to the exercise of this right is sent/communicated before the end of the period for withdrawal.
We carry out the refund through the same payment method that was used for the purchase (in the case of payment via an ATM reference, you will need to provide the IBAN of the account to which the refund shall be processed by bank transfer).
The shipping costs of the returned product(s) are the Client’s responsibility and you will have to send the item(s) to the following address:

In the case of returns in mainland Portugal, Silvex may collect the item(s) for the cost of €5,00 and at the Client’s request. This value shall be deducted from the refund that you will receive in the return process.
